The project is currently in phase three or the evaluation phase.
During phase one, we developed the microenterprise package; selected sites; developed detailed
plans for the implementation of the demonstration; trained demonstration staff; designed the
process, impact, and benefit-cost analyses; and developed survey instruments for the follow-up
surveys. In phase two, we implemented the design developed in phase one. Now we have moved into
phase three in which we begin to analyze the results of the project. Thank you for your
