Welcome to the Department of Labor and Workforce Development Online Services.

Here you can apply for unemployment or update your weekly certification. Once you are a registered user, you can report a missing check, file a wage protest, file an appeal online, and update your personal information.

If your Social Security Number ends in an even number (0, 2, 4, 6, 8) you can file a weekly certification on Sunday. If your number ends in an odd number (1, 3, 5, 7, 9) you can file a weekly certification on Monday. Tuesday through Fridays are available without restrictions.

Warning

  • Do not file an Extended Benefit Claim using this internet application as it will result in a delay in your benefits.
  • Applications for Extended Benefits will be mailed to you.
  • If you have moved and have a forwarding order on file, these applications will be forwarded. Please refer to www.state.tn.us/labor-wfd for more information.
  • Claimants currently drawing unemployment checks and exhausting regular benefits within a future benefit year ending date will automatically transition into EUC without completing a form. You will receive a check stub message if this applies to you.
