This month was very dry with no storms meeting our criteria for selection.
Since the hurricane season of 1998 was a memorable one for many people,
we thought another look at Mitch was in order on his 1st Anniversary.
This image came near the peak intensity of this Category 5 monster as
the central pressure reached an incredible 906mb with peak winds of 195mph!
