Electronic Permit Submittal System
The Electronic Permit Submittal System (EPSS) allows state and local permitting authorities to electronically submit proposed and final Title V permits to EPA. It also allows public on-line viewing of permits, statements of basis, and correspondence from state and local air agencies, as well as EPA Region 9 comments on proposed permits. Note that this database is only complete where permitting authorities submit permits electronically to EPA via EPSS. When permits are not submitted through EPSS, only summary data may be available.Proposed permits
