SUBJECT:  Request for Comments - Trade Act Participant Report (TAPR); OMB No. 1205-0392

PROGRAMS: TAA

1.  Purpose. To transmit a request for comment on a new Information Collection Request (ICR), which will be submitted to the Office of Management and Budget for review and approval, concerning the proposed extension, without changes, of the Trade Act Participant Report (TAPR).

2.  References. Federal Register, Vol. 73, No. 149, August 1, 2008, pp. 45076-45077; Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, 44 U.S.C. 3506 (c) (2) (A); Trade Adjustment Assistance (TAA) Reform Act of 2002; Government Performance and Results Act (GPRA).
