1. Purpose. To transmit a request for comment on a new Information Collection Requests (ICR), which has been submitted to the Office of Management and Budget for review and approval, concerning the proposed extension, without change, of Form ETA 9033A, Attestations by Employers Using Alien Crewmembers for Longshore Activities in the State of Alaska.
