Before using the MISR Level 3 products, you should read the documentation including the Data Quality and Versioning statements available from the MISR data table.

All MISR data products can also be ordered through the MISR Order and Customization Tool. This tool, developed at ASDC in collaboration with MISR JPL, enables users to order and customize data in a single interface. Some features of the new tool are multiple consecutive and non-consecutive path and orbit searches; and sorting search results by date, path, orbit, camera, and file version. Customization options include subsetting by parameter, block, and spatial coordinates; additional latitude and longitude layers; unpacking and unscaling applicable fields; and output data in HDF-EOS stacked-block grid or conventional grid formats.

The download table contains entries for "Not available". Data are not available either because the data were never acquired (i.e., before March 2000 when MISR was turned on), or because the data have not yet been reprocessed with the latest algorithms.

Older browsers may not recognize the HDF file type, and will attempt to render the HDF file as text rather than saving it to disk. If this occurs, you will need to set the preferences for your browser to handle data with a "hdf" suffix. Consult your browser documentation on how to do this.
