With a strong interest in education policy, Gabe is a member of the student government, president of the Roosevelt Institution, and various campus committees at Wheaton College. In 2008, he was awarded a Davis International Fellowship to work at the Liberian Refugee Camp in Ghana. In Rhode Island, he has worked for the Whitehouse for US Senate campaign, the RI Democratic Party, and the International Institute, along with serving on the board of directors at Youth in Action, and currently, Young Voices. He has been named a Public Policy and International Affairs Law Fellow at UC Berkeley.
