NEXT Denise Schlegel is executive director of Schuylkill County's VISION, a strategic planning effort undertaken in 1997 to help the eastern-central Pennsylvania county work toward a better future. The results so far include hundreds of new jobs, expanded education programs, and a network of partnerships working for the community's success.
