Peptone | 5 g |
Lactose | 5 g |
Distilled water | 1 liter |
Dispense 225 ml portions into 500 ml Erlenmeyer flasks. After autoclaving 15 min at 121°C and just before use, aseptically adjust volume to 225 ml. Final pH, 6.9 ± 0.2.
