ETA Publishes Workforce Investment Act, Wagner-Peyser, Workforce Information Grant, and Work Opportunity Tax Credit Allotments for Program Year 2009
The Employment and Training Administration has issued Training and Employment Guidance Letter 20-08.
This TEGL provides states and outlying areas with:
- WIA Title I Adult, Dislocated Worker and Youth Activities program allotments for Program Year (PY) 2009
- Final allotments for PY 2009 Wagner-Peyser Act activities or programs, as required by section 6(b)(5) of the Wagner-Peyser Act, as amended
- Workforce Information Grants to States for PY 2009
- Work Opportunity Tax Credit (WOTC) allotments for FY 2009
