Attached is the Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI) for this premarket notification. When this notification becomes effective, this FONSI and the notifier's environmental assessment (EA) may be made available to the public. When making the notifier's EA available to the public, be sure to use the revised page 62 that is signed by both Dr. Scheuplein and Dr. Sentman for last page of the EA.
Please let me know if there is any change in the identity or use of the food-contact substance that would be inconsistent with the identity and use described in the FONSI.

Premarket notification FCN No. 110, submitted by BP Chemicals, to provide for the safe use of nitrile rubber-modified acrylonitrile-methyl acrylate copolymers for use in fabricating beverage containers and in film or sheet packaging.
The Environmental Review Team has determined that allowing this notification to become effective will not significantly affect the quality of the human environment and therefore will not require the preparation of an environmental impact statement. This finding is based on information submitted by the notifier in an environmental assessment.
