* What is a FAQ and knowledge base and how are FAQs organized here in the MBDA FAQ Center?

Our Answer...

A FAQ means "Frequently Asked Question" and consists of the following parts...

Question - the actual question, or issue, that needs to be explained or resolved
Answer - information supplied by MBDA to explain or resolve the question
Rating - Visitors to MBDA.gov may rate the quality or helpfulness of the FAQ with a 1=lowest to 5=highest rating (one vote per visitor)
References - Links to other web sites with relevant content
Document Attachments - Files attached to the FAQ (Word processed documents, spreadsheets, Adobe PDF, text files, images, etc.)

Registered members of MBDA.gov may also submit new questions to MBDA who might include them in this knowledge base in the future.

The term "knowledge base" refers to a database of FAQs - all the FAQs available for you to browse or search.
