April 30, 2009 ETA REGIONAL INFORMATION ALERT NO. 063-09 ORIGINATING OFFICE: Region 5 SUBJECT: Request for Comments (Emergency Review) – Investigative Data Collection Requirements for the Trade Act of 1974 as amended by the Trade and Globalization Adjustment Assistance Act of 2009; OMB No. 1205-0342 PROGRAMS: TAA, ATAA 1. Purpose. To transmit a request for comment on a new Information Collection Requests (ICR), which has been submitted to the Office of Management and Budget for emergency review and approval (utilizing the emergency review procedures), concerning the revision of the OMB Control No. 1205-0342, petition and investigative forms to assess group eligibility for trade adjustment assistance. 2.
