TVA’s Amended Annual Report on Form 10-K/A, filed on December 10, 2008, and Amended Quarterly Reports on Form 10-Q/A, filed on December 11, 2008, contain the restated financial statements for these periods, and have been filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”) The amended reports are available from the SEC through www.sec.gov, and copies are available from TVA's website.
