TVA is conducting a comprehensive study of its energy choices in order to evaluate its portfolio of generating and energy use options to meet the future electrical energy needs of the Tennessee Valley. A scoping meeting is being held to elicit and prioritize the values and concerns of stakeholders and ensure that TVA’s evaluation of future energy portfolios reflects a full range of stakeholder input. The public is welcome.

TAUD State Conference: EPA and TVA WaterSense presentation

To support TVA’s environmental policy to promote water efficiency, TVA is partnering with EPA to deliver this presentation at the annual Tennessee Association of Utility Districts conference. The presentation encourages water utilities to become WaterSense Promotional Partners.

Environmental Science, Technology, and Policy

TVA is participating in the development of a Water Supply Plan for the Duck River watershed sponsored by the Duck River Agency. This is the second in a series of planned workshops and scoping meetings to elicit input from stakeholders in the planning effort.
