e-Notification

e-Notification is Ginnie Mae's Internet web-based notification system. This system allows Ginnie Mae to make key information available electronically to issuers and document custodians. Click here for additional information and registration instructions. (Overview) (PDF)

Beginning July 24 e-Notification will be available for user access. During the week of July 24, e-Notification will be in test mode and Ginnie Mae will initiate some basic notices. Users will be able to log in to e-Access and link to the e-Notification application. Click here to view information about e-Access.

August 1 will begin the parallel period for the month of August. During this time the present legacy processes will continue. Additionally, notifications will be posted to e-Notification to allow for a one month parallel period.
