2009 Non-Renewal and Service Area Reduction Guidance for Medicare Advantage, Medicare Advantage-Prescription Drug, Cost Plan, Private Fee-For-Service, Regional Preferred Provider Organizations, Medical Savings Plans, and Employer Group Waiver Plans was issued in the August 26, 2008 HPMS memorandum. Please refer to that document for additional information. CMS has updated this page by removing obsolete information and replaced it with information for 2009. We will continue to update this information as we move closer to the non-renewal deadline and the instructions for plans wishing to non-renew or reduce their service area in 2010.

CMS has listed below the 2009 Report for all of the Part C plans that have chosen to either reduce their service areas or non-renew their contracts.
