DRAFT MA & COST PLAN ENROLLMENT & DISENROLLMENT GUIDANCE FOR COMMENT

The CMS is issuing the draft revisions of the Medicare Advantage (MA) and Cost Plan Enrollment and Disenrollment Guidance (see below links) for a three-week comment period.  A summary of the changes is also included.  Comments on the draft revisions must be received by CMS no later than 5 p.m. (EDT), Friday, May 22, 2009.  Please submit all comments using the provided Comment Form via e-mail to pdpenrollment@cms.hhs.gov, with "Comments on MA Enrollment Guidance" or "Comments on Cost Plan Enrollment Guidance" (as applicable) in the subject line of the e-mail.
