The Division of One-Stop Operations oversees the operation of the
one-stop system providing a central point of contact for systems' questions and issues, and serves a coordination role with other ETA offices and Regions on system building and linking with programs and services.
The Division is divided into three units:
- Policy and Planning
- Partnership and Communication
- Electronic Linkages
The Policy and Planning unit provides assistance on policy, recommendations, and guidance, including
state Workforce Investment Act (WIA) strategic plans and
waiver activity.
The Partnership and Communication team maintains relationships and communication with other federal agencies, stakeholders, groups representing state officials, business interests, workers, and the academic community.
The Electronic Linkages team provides federal leadership in the development and operation of the
CareerOneStop E-Tools, a suite of websites that provide career and workforce service information to workers, job seekers, and employers.
