Hours of Operation CDR Help Desk Hours: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM EST Monday through Friday from January 2 through January 31, 2007 CLOSED January 1, January 15, and February 19 in observance of federal holidays 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST Monday through Friday from February 1 through March 31, 2007 CDR System Hours: Primary Hours: Monday - Saturday 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. (Eastern)   The primary business hours are those during which institutions can access the CDR without any anticipated system downtime or interruption.   Secondary hours: All other times.   The secondary business hours are those during which there may be system downtime and institutions may not be able to access the CDR.
