THE GOAL OF THIS FIVE DAY COURSE IS TO BUILD ON AND IMPROVE THE LEADERSHIP KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ATTITUDES OF MID-GRADE OFFICERS AND MID-LEVEL CIVILIAN EMPLOYEES. PAST STUDENTS HAVE REMARKED THAT THIS COURSE OFFERS A GREAT OPPORTUNITY TO REFLECT ON THEIR LEADERSHIP PRACTICES AND SHARE EXPERIENCES WITH A DIVERSE GROUP OF CLASSMATES.
