Subject: Jacquard: Pathscale compilers temporarily unavailable

The Pathscale compilers are temporarily unavailable on Jacquard. If you try to use them, you will get this error message: pathcc default compile link and run: *** Subscription: unable to connect to daemon. It may not be running, or the network may be down. Please contact your administrator.
