Subject: mcurie : Changes to Long Pipe Queue

From Tuesday December 12, a new "long64" batch queue will be available to mcurie users. The PE limits for this queue will be 64 PE maximum and 50 PE minimum. The maximum MPP time limit on the long pipe queue (i.e. long64, long128, long256) will also be increased from 12 hours to 18 hours.
