Science.gov Measures Customer Satisfaction. . .

Science.gov will launch a customer satisfaction survey on September 2, 2005. The survey will be presented by ForeSee Results and is based on the methodology of the American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI), widely recognized as the standard for measuring consumer satisfaction with corporations and citizen satisfaction with government agencies. This ACSI-based survey has been approved for use by Federal agencies by the Office of Management and Budget (OMB).

The survey will appear randomly to Science.gov patrons and will remain on Science.gov sites through February 28, 2006.  The survey is a pop-up survey that will take 2-3 minutes to complete.  Users may accept or decline participation in the survey.  No personal information will be collected, and all responses will be confidential.  We will use survey results to determine user satisfaction and ensure that we are meeting the needs of Science.gov patrons.
