DMIS Tools
Current policy is that DMIS Tools are to be provided for government organizations within the United States and Canada responsible for emergency management and public warning.
Exception to Policy: Commercial organizations such as utility companies, ambulance services, etc., with an on-going working relationship with government emergency management/response may:

Become a member of a government Collaborative Operations Group or "COG" (preferred approach).

Register and receive a COG (Collaborative Operations Group) after a government official confirms the need. If this option is used, the requesting company can save time in the vetting process by providing government official contact information in the Remarks field of the registration form.
OPEN
OPEN is available to any organization or company wishing to build to the existing data interoperability interfaces.
