Kauai Test Facility Payload Preparation


Preparing and testing a payload for a flight test

The payload preparation and checkout area assets may be patched to other KTF facilities (such as the Launch Operations Building, other assembly buildings, or the launchers) for receiving telemetry, generating control commands, and enabling launch vehicle arming and firing. Single-axis air bearings are also available for checking out attitude control systems (ACSs).
