The Udall Foundation invites nominations for the 2009 Udall Scholarship. Colleges and universities may nominate up to six
applicants in any of three categories:
- Students who have demonstrated commitment to careers related to the environment; or
-
Native American and Alaska Native students who have demonstrated commitment to careers related to tribal public policy;
or
-
Native American and Alaska Native students who have demonstrated commitment to careers related to Native American health care.
The deadline for receipt of applications is March 3, 2009.
Beginning February 1, 2009, faculty representatives will be requested to log in to the Udall faculty representative website to
register their nominees for the 2009 scholarship competition. The online nominee registration is required for all nominees and
serves as the institutional nomination. The deadline for registration of nominees is March 1, 2009.
