Office of Commissioned Corps Force Management(OCCFM) |
By delegation of the Secretary, the Assistant Secretary for Health (ASH) has the responsibility
and accountability for the overall force management of the United States Public Health
Service Commissioned Corps (Corps). OCCFM
was established as a new Office within Office of Public Health and Science (OPHS)
on
OCCFM has four functional components that comprise the force management program: the
Immediate Office of the Director; the Recruitment, Marketing, and Information Systems
Division; the Workforce Policy and Plans Division; and the Program Evaluation and
Oversight Division.

the development and issuance of regulations and policies governing the Corps; (2)

ongoing transformation and its workforce management planning needs; and (4) any other
matters concerning the Corps.
