Dear NERSC User, Please take a few minutes to fill out NERSC's annual user survey. Your feedback will allow us to judge the quality of our services, give DOE information on how we are doing, point us to areas we can improve, and show how we compare to similar facilities. The survey is on the web at the URL: http://www.nersc.gov/news/survey/2004/ The survey is scheduled to be open through Sunday, October 10, 2004. This year you will be prompted for you NERSC NIM password when you start the survey. All NERSC users have NIM passwords; if you do not know yours, please contact our account support office at 1-800-66-NERSC (510-486-8600), menu option 2.
