Subject: Newton: System Testing

Dear Newton Users, System testing to one of the nodes viz. newton04-eth1 of the Newton cluster has been scheduled for Monday Sept. 22nd, 2003 from 9:00AM until Tuesday midnight. The node newton04-eth1 will be unavailable during that time including the /scratch filesystem on that node. The remaining 3 interactive nodes on Newton will continue to be available as usual.
