Subject: KCC upgrade for AIX 5.1

Dear SP User, As a consequence of the Oct. 11 operating system upgrade on seaborg, version 4.0f of KCC will be replaced by a new version enabled for AIX 5.1. The release level of the new compiler is the same as the old, but it has some additional bug fixes. The previous versions of KCC (3.4g and 4.0d) will not be available after the upgrade.
