[franklin-users] Franklin /scratch file system purge policy: cut off decreased to 8 weeks for 3 days |

| Dear Franklin users,
NERSC management has made the decision to decrease the cut off file age
from 12 weeks to 8 weeks for Franklin /scratch file system purge policy
during the 3 days of the HPSS system upgrade period (from today to
Thursday Jan 29). Our intention is to revert the cut off file age back
to 12 weeks from Friday (Jan 30) but may need to reevaluate the
situation and decrease the limit if it becomes necessary.
