Dear NERSC users, The 2007/2008 User Survey Results are available: http://www.nersc.gov/news/survey/2007/ Many thanks to the 467 users who responded to this year's User Survey. The response rate has significantly increased from previous years. Areas with high satisfaction include consulting and account support services, the NERSC Global Filesystem, the HPSS mass storage system, network performance within the NERSC center, and availability of the Jacquard, Seaborg and Bassi systems. Areas with the lowest satisfaction include batch wait times for Bassi and Jacquard, Franklin availability and I/O, training classes and data analysis and visualization services.
