Subject: NERSC Bassi: Please remove old files in /scratch

Dear Bassi users, Please delete or archive to HPSS files you no longer actively need in the /scratch file system. If the file system gets too full we will have to delete older files in some automated way. We prefer that you delete the files you know you no longer need so a purge will not be necessary.
