OMB Bulletin No. 07-02 sets forth guidance to be followed by agencies in issuing significant guidance documents and economically significant guidance documents. The Bulletin also requires that certain information concerning significant and economically significant guidance documents be provided on an agency’s website. That information is provided below.
  • Significant guidance documents and economically significant guidance documents currently in effect. None.
  • Significant guidance document or economically significant guidance documents added, revised, or withdrawn within the last year. None.
  • The public may submit comments on significant or economically significant guidance documents or request issuance, reconsideration, modification, or rescission of significant guidance documents or economically significant guidance documents by contacting the office identified in paragraph 4 below.
  • The RRB’s Office of General Counsel is designated as the office to receive and handle complaints from the public that the RRB is not following the procedures set forth in OMB Bulletin No. 07-02 or that the agency is improperly treating a significant guidance document as binding requirement. The Office of General Counsel is also the public contact for the subjects listed in paragraph 3. The mailing and email address for the Office of General Counsel is:
