AESPcLink Network Edition is a software component of AESDirect that lets you manage your AES filings from an enterprise-wide network. AESPcLink automatically links to a company's AESDirect Filing Account on the Internet.

• AESPcLink Network Edition has the same basic features as AESPcLink Standard Edition.
  
• In addition, local users of AESPcLink Network Edition may do the following:
  • access queued shipment filings of all local users. Queued shipment filings are filings that have been saved and are waiting to be sent to AESDirect, and
  • access AES responses of all local users,
  • share templates with all local users.

• A qualified network administrator must install the software on a qualified computer network.
  
• Once authorized, the network administrator may download and install the software.
  
• An installation of AESPcLink Network Edition consists of a single server component and an unlimited number of client-side components.
  
• Install one or more copies of AESPcLink Network Edition to match a company's internal organization and network structure.
  
• Only the Account Administrator will have direct access to the company's central AESDirect Filing Account and that access will be through the AESPcLink Network Edition server component.

• An installation of AESPcLink Network Edition consists of a single server component and an unlimited number of client-side components.
  
• Each client-side user may access the combined company data (e.g. Party Profiles, Shipment Templates, Queued Shipments, AES Responses) that is stored in the AESPcLink Network Edition server component.
  
• The Account Administrator will centrally control key functions, including:
  • Party Profiles and Shipment Templates
  • Queued Shipments
  • AES Responses
  • Updating of AESPcLink AES Code Tables
  • All functions that link to the AESDirect Service Center
  • AESDirect registration functions
