Recertification

To retain the IPMA-HR Certification designation (IPMA-CP or IPMA-CS), an individual must accumulate 50 points every three years and submit a completed Recertification Report Form.

Earning points towards recertification can begin immediately after receiving the initial IPMA-HR Certification designation. Points cannot be carried over for future recertification.

The Recertification Report form is now available online. To assist with completion of the report, we have provided samples for review.
