accurately issuing vehicle titles and registrations; licensing Idaho
vehicle dealers and salesmen; maintaining and providing consistent and
accurate motor vehicle and dealer records; administering titling,
registration and dealer laws; and providing guidelines and solutions to
titling, registration, and dealer compliance problems within the scope
of the law.
