Gasoline Tax
The Gasoline Tax Act taxes consumer purchases of clear gasoline (including gasohol), aircraft fuel, propane (cylinders) and propane for heating at the following rates:

| Clear Gasoline | 11.5¢ | April 7, 1993 |
| Clear Gasohol | 11.5¢ | December 1, 2007 |
| Aircraft Fuel | 3.2¢ | October 1, 1997 |
| Propane for Vehicles | 3.0¢/L | July 1, 2002 |
| Propane for Heating | 3.0¢/L | July 1, 2002 |
| Propane Purchased in Cylinders | 3.0¢/L | July 1, 2002 |
