What is a North Dakota Login?
A North Dakota Login ID is a combination of a unique identification and password that allows access to various North Dakota Online Services. By having a common North Dakota Login you will only need to remember one North Dakota Login and password to access multiple online services.
What is the difference between a Business/Organization account and a Personal account?
Business/Organization accounts should only be used for Online Services related to the business. It should be kept separate from personal use of Online Services. The current personal Online Services are:
  • - Department of Human Services - Online Child Support
  • - ND Game and Fish - Online Services
  • - Job Service ND - Unemployment Insurance Internet Claims Entry System (UI ICE)
  • - ND Publice Employees Retirement System - Online Services
  • - ND Parks and Recreation Online Services
  • - ND Retirement and Investment Office - Member Teachers' Fund for Retirement (TFFR)
Why do I need a North Dakota Login?
A North Dakota Login ID and Password allows secure access to various North Dakota Online Services.
What if I forgot my North Dakota Login?
You can have your North Dakota Login emailed to you by completing the required information you used when creating your North Dakota Login.
I am not able to see the page, I get a message saying "Disable Pop Up blocker". How do I disable a Pop Up blocker?
Click on the Tools button and choose Internet Options. Click on the Privacy tab and un-check the box labelled "Turn on the popup blocker".
I didn't receive an email to activate my account, how can I activate my account?
Check your Spam/Junk email, your message may have been sent there. The email will be coming from the following address: itdhelp@nd.gov. If you are unable to find the activate account email you can return to the login page. Once you attempt to login an activation screen will appear.
What if I forgot my password?
You can reset your password by answering the two security questions that you selected when creating your North Dakota Login.
What if I never received an Activate Account message or entered my email incorrectly?
If you registered for a new North Dakota Login, but never received the confirmation email to activate your account, check your junk mail and/or confirm it hasn't been blocked by a spam blocker. A message from itdhelp@nd.gov has been sent. You may verify the email address you used by returning to the login page. You can click update your North Dakota Login information and password to see the email for the account.
How do I change my North Dakota Login information?
To edit your North Dakota Login profile you will need to enter your North Dakota Login and Password on the Login page, click the Login button, and click Edit Profile. You will be able to update the following Login details:
  • Name
  • Address
  • Email
  • Telephone
How do I confirm my email address for my North Dakota Login?
Confirm your email address by following the directions in the email you received when you registered for your North Dakota Login. If you do not have the original email, you can return to the login page. Once you attempt to login an activation screen will appear.
Can I use my North Dakota Login on different state agencies sites?
Registering for a North Dakota Login will allow you access to numerous state agency online services. A list of all State of North Dakota Online Services can be found on ND.GOV.
How do I create a North Dakota Login?
