What is Good To Go!?

Good To Go! is the electronic tolling program in Washington State. Electronic tolling gives drivers the ability to pay tolls without stopping maintaining highway speeds. Tolls collected with Good To Go! are collected with a transponder, about the size of a credit card, that is installed on the interior of your windshield. When you drive in the Good To Go! electronic toll lanes, an overhead antenna links your transponder to your account information, deducting the correct toll from your prepaid account.

Recent Changes to the Good To Go! Website

    • As of March 29, 2009, the Good To Go! customer service center made changes to the credit card data management system. When you log into your account online, you will now see the addition of the first four digits of your credit card number. This additional information identifies the bank associated with your card and does not increase your security risk.
    • The Department of Revenue has also changed the street address format from full abbreviation (ST CT) to partial abbreviation (Street CT). The Good To Go! system uses this information to calculate the applicable sales tax. As a result of this change and depending on the current account address in our system, you may experience issues when trying to access your account online.
