To assist you in learning more about us, we have prepared a general orientation for both residents and students. These documents have information that is required by either the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Hospital Organizations (JCAHO) or the Veterans Health Administration (VHA).

Please follow the instructions carefully to ensure all information is filled out completely. In addition to this general orientation, your service will provide you with specific information related to your area.
