Personnel for Airmen
Personnel is changing to better serve all Airmen when and where they need assistance. The transformation, known as Personnel Services Delivery Transformation (PSDT), redesigns personnel processes, organizations, and technology. Through PSDT, Airmen have access to 24 hour-a-day, 7 day-a-week customer service, enhancing accessibility to conduct personnel transactions via improved Web-based applications and an enhanced Contact Center. Air Force Retiree Services
The Air Force Retiree Services Section manages the Air Force Retiree Activities Program and the Survivor Benefit Plan; supports the Air Force Retiree Council; and advises the Air Force retirement community via various means of communication including the Afterburner, News for USAF Retired Personnel, and postings on the Internet.
