The Toxics Release Inventory – Made Easy (TRI-ME) software page provides access to the software used by facilities to report their toxics release inventory data to EPA. The TRI-ME software suite helps facilities in determining and completing their Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know (EPCRA) section 313 and Pollution Prevention Act (PPA) section 6607 obligations.

Certification of TRI Forms R or A | A Certifying official must have registered their electronic signature agreement with EPA, and have an active CDX account before being able to certified their facility's TRI forms to EPA and their state. Uncertified TRI forms will not meet EPCRA reporting requirements. | A Certifying official must certify at the computer the preparer is using or will be sent an email with a link to certify forms. Uncertified TRI forms will not meet EPCRA reporting requirements. | A Certifying official must signed any paper submissions sent to EPA or their state. |
