New England State Pesticide Agency Forms
The New England state’s pesticide regulation agencies have Cooperative Agreements or Performance Partnership Grants with EPA. These grant dollars help fund the regulation of pesticides in each of the six New England states. Your New England State Lead Agencies (SLAs) for pesticide regulation can, for example, help you with the following issues:
- Determine if a pesticide is registered for use in your state
- Tell you about the specific rules and regulations governing pesticide use in your state
- Advise if your state requires notification or postings prior to pesticide applications
- Register a complaint concerning a pesticide misapplication
- Give you information about how to become a certified pesticide applicator.
At the end of each fiscal year, each state compiles a report on the various activities of their pesticide program-both enforcement and program support. To facilitate this reporting effort, the reports are available below.
