Help Develop New and Expanded Markets for Bioenergy and Biobased Products

Woody biomass utilization is a global, regional, and local sustainability issue. Markets for products and ecosystem services are dynamic, changing in response to science and technology advances, costs, perceived risks, and social and economic interests. The Forest Service strives to capture opportunities from changing supply and demand in markets to help meet forest management goals.
