Council on Environmental Quality

The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) enforces the controlled substances laws and regulations of the United States and brings those organizations and involved in the growing, manufacture, or distribution of controlled substances appearing in illicit traffic in the United States to the criminal and civil justice system of the United States, or any other competent jurisdiction. The Federal Communication Commission (FCC) is charged with regulating interstate and international communications by radio, television, wire, satellite and cable. Federal Railroad Administration
The Federal Railroad Administration (FRA) is a part of the U.S. Department of Transportation. Office of Surface Mining
Through partnerships with the governments of the states where coal is mined, the Office of Surface Mining (OSM) regulates surface coal mine reclamation. On Federal lands and Indian Reservations (Navajo, Hopi, Crow, and Ute), and in the coal producing states that have not set up regulatory programs of their own (Tennessee and Washington), the Office of Surface Mining issues the coal mine permits, conducts the inspections, and handles the enforcement responsibilities.
