In June of 2004, EPA established a Southern California Field Office in downtown Los Angeles to more effectively manage environmental programs, projects, and issues in southern California. The Counties of Ventura, Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino, San Diego, and Santa Barbara represent a large and significant constituency.
EPA's Southern California Field Office provides substantial, local EPA presence in southern California to work with state and local agencies, businesses, non-profit groups, press and news media, and the public to more effectively address these problems.
Directions
The Field Office is conveniently located in downtown Los Angeles two short blocks from the Metro Center (Red Line or Blue Line) station, enabling visitors to take public transportation either directly via the Metro to Metro Center or via Union Station and the Red Line to Metro Center, or via Union Station to the "B" Dash bus to Arco Plaza.
For questions about EPA programs or projects, please call (866) EPA-WEST (866-372-9378).
