You can use the other features of the Advanced Search page to refine a search in History. To refine our previous search for citations about sunscreen by limiting to adolescents and those articles published since 2004:

• Step 1: Type the pound (#) sign and the number for the search you wish to refine into the search box.  
  
  
• Step 2: Scroll down to the Search by... section to add a publication date range (in this case, 2004 to present). 
  
  
• Step 3: Scroll down to the Limit by... section to add the limit for Ages, Adolescent. 
  
  
• Step 4: Click Search (anywhere on the page).
